2022 has brought us BRUNCH! Every weekend we now offer a brunch menu from 11 am to 3 pm alongside our regular pub menu.

Try our Classic Breakfast featuring two poached eggs served on English muffins with smoked ham and our house made hollandaise sauce.

Our Steak and Eggs offers two eggs any style served with a AAA striploin, grilled tomato and your choice of toast.

Enjoy your meal with a fancy Mimosa – try the Guava Mint Mimosa or the Blackberry Mojito Mimosa! Warm yourself with an Irish Coffee or a Caramel Hot Toddy!

Now Hiring: Shift Supervisor

As a Fernie Hotel & Pub Shift Supervisor, you will assist the Bar Manager in executing both front of house and back of house duties.

Must have experience in the food and beverage industry, be flexible and eager to learn the day to day operations of the business and have an eye for detail!

Duties and Responsibilities:
(other tasks may be assigned as required)
Knowledge of all beverages and recipes
Daily cash-outs
Assist in planning and executing events
Take managerial responsibility when Bar Manager not present
Train new employees and manage/discipline responsibilities for bar/server employees
Ensuring cleanliness and COVID-19 procedures are followed by customers and staff
Expected to be scheduled for busy nights
Monitoring music and lighting and table set up
Assist in marketing
Take inventory
Communicate well with Kitchen Staff

Must be 19+ years and have Serving It Right certification. We will assist you in BC Lottery training certification free of charge.
